Iced Coffea - Coffee Cocktail

With wafts of caramel to cocoa, from the enzymatic fruity properties to toasted nuts, the complexities of freshly roasted beans is simply hypnotising.
What is an Iced Coffea - Coffee Cocktal?
It’s simply an iced coffee with a shot of our Coffea Liqueur. Which in some ways is the best way to enjoy it, unadulterated, pure and simplistic. Allowing the full flavoured punch of pure speciality espresso lift your spirit as you sip an iced cold coffee. And when you pour milk into the glass something extraordinary happens, it’s mesmerising. The swirls of milk tickle the espresso into waves of dark clouds, which spiral into an atmospheric eruption.
Recipe
- 50ml Coffea Coffee Liqueur
- Espresso shot
- Milk
- Simple syrup
- Handful of ice
Tools
- Glass - Latte glass. This allows you to watch the milk and coffee swirl and collide.
- Jigger - Bartending tool/dual ended cup for measuring spirits that is normally dual ended (50ml/25ml)
Method
The simple syrup is made up of 1 part caster sugar and 1 part water, which is heated in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved and cooled.
Add ice to the latte glass, pour over the espresso, Coffea Coffee Liqueur and syrup to taste. Gently stir and top with milk.
